Many accounts have already moved, but some are still on Office 365. Your password is the same one you use to sign in at <a href=\"https:\/\/easywebmail.iinet.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">easywebmail.iinet.com<\/a>. Outgoing mail (SMTP) uses the same username and password as incoming mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Setup guides<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These step-by-step guides use the same Infinity Internet mail servers. When you add the account, your mail client should open a Microsoft sign-in window. Sign in there with your full email address and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Modern Authentication (OAuth2) is required<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Microsoft has turned off &#8220;Basic Authentication&#8221; for Office 365 email, so your mail client must support &#8220;Modern Authentication&#8221; (OAuth2). If your mail client is listed below, follow its guide. If you use a different mail client and are having problems, check that it supports OAuth2. Support for Outlook 2013 ended in April 2023. If you still use Outlook 2013, please upgrade to a newer version.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Smartphones and tablets<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We no longer offer direct support for smartphones and tablets. The settings on this page will work in the mail app on most phones and tablets. If your account is still on Office 365, the mail app must support Modern Authentication (OAuth2).
