Enter your email address then Select Advanced options &gt; Check Let me repair my account manually &gt; Repair<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"907\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/support.iinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/image22-907x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-710\" srcset=\"https:\/\/support.iinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/image22-907x1024.png 907w, https:\/\/support.iinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/image22-266x300.png 266w, https:\/\/support.iinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/image22-768x867.png 768w, https:\/\/support.iinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/image22.png 1055w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 907px) 100vw, 907px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make sure you have the following filled out:<br>Incoming mail:<br>\u2013 User name: your full email address<br>\u2013 Password: your password<br>\u2013 Server: mail.iinet.com<br>\u2013 Port: 995 for POP, 993 for IMAP<br>\u2013 Check the box for \u201cThis server requires an encrypted connection (SSL\/TLS)\u201d<br>Outgoing mail:<br>\u2013 Server: smtp.iinet.com<br>\u2013 Port: 587<br>\u2013 Encryption method: STARTTLS<br>\u2013 Check the box for \u201cMy outgoing (SMTP) server requires authentication\u201d &gt; \u201cUse same settings as my incoming mail server\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"589\" src=\"https:\/\/support.iinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/image23-1024x589.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-711\" srcset=\"https:\/\/support.iinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/image23-1024x589.png 1024w, https:\/\/support.iinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/image23-300x173.png 300w, https:\/\/support.iinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/image23-768x442.png 768w, https:\/\/support.iinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/image23-1536x884.png 1536w, https:\/\/support.iinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/image23-2048x1178.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"7\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the above information is filled out select \u201cNext\u201d. You should then see a message that says \u201cAccount successfully repaired\u201d.
