Windows: Setup Outlook 2003<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Start by opening up outlook 2003 either from the start menu or from an icon on your desktop.\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. With the program open click the Tools<\/strong> button at the top, then select E-mail Accounts<\/strong>.\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select the option that says: Add a new e-mail account<\/strong>. Click Next<\/strong>.\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select the option that says: POP3<\/strong>, Press Next<\/strong>.\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The information for this window is:User Information<\/strong>
    Your Name: Your real name or nickname
    E-mail Address: Your full email address Server Information<\/strong>
    Incoming mail server: mail.iinet.com
    Outgoing mail server: smtp.iinet.com Logon Information<\/strong>
    User Name: Your full email address
    Password: Your password If you do not know your password you can contact our technical support for assistance with this. Our contact information is located\u00a0>\u00a0HERE<\/strong>\u00a0<<\/a>\u00a0Then press\u00a0More Settings<\/strong>. \"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Select the Outgoing Server<\/strong> tab, Check the box that says: My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication<\/strong>. and the option should be dotted that says: Use same settings as my incoming mail server<\/strong>. If in doubt make the window look like the picture below.\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Click the Advanced<\/strong> Tab at the top right. Outgoing mail (SMTP):<\/strong> should say 587<\/em>. Then check the box directly below that says This server requires a secure connection (SSL)<\/strong>. Ensure the checkbox for \u201cleave a copy of mail on the server\u201d is unchecked, having this checked can result in unwanted disk storage charges. Then press OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
