Now make sure you have the following filled out:<br>IMAP Account Information:<br>\u2013 Name: your name<br>\u2013 Email: your full email<br>\u2013 Description: however you\u2019d like to describe the account<br>Incoming Mail Server:<br>\u2013 Host Name: mail.iinet.com<br>\u2013 User Name: your full email address<br>\u2013 Password: your password<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"359\" height=\"757\" src=\"https:\/\/support.iinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image48.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-651\" srcset=\"https:\/\/support.iinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image48.png 359w, https:\/\/support.iinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image48-142x300.png 142w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 359px) 100vw, 359px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Once everything looks correct, click on \u201cSMTP\u201d under \u201cOutgoing Mail Server\u201d as shown above. Make sure the following settings are correct:<br>\u2013 Server: toggled on<br>Outgoing Mail Server:<br>\u2013 Host Name: smtp.iinet.com<br>\u2013 User Name: your full email address<br>\u2013 Password: your password<br>\u2013 Use SSL: toggled on<br>\u2013 Authentication: Password<br>\u2013 Server Port: 587<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"359\" height=\"757\" src=\"https:\/\/support.iinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image53.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-653\" srcset=\"https:\/\/support.iinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image53.png 359w, https:\/\/support.iinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image53-142x300.png 142w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 359px) 100vw, 359px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>6.
