Easystreet.net

Easystreet.net (formerly @easystreet.com) is residential email from Infinity Internet.

We are moving Easystreet.net email accounts from Microsoft Office 365 to Infinity Internet’s own mail servers. Many accounts have already moved, but some are still on Office 365. The settings you need depend on where your account is now.

Not sure which settings to use? Sign in to webmail at easywebmail.iinet.com with your full email address and password.

  • If you can sign in there, your account has moved. Use Accounts moved to Infinity Internet servers.
  • If you can’t, but you can sign in at portal.office.com, your account is still on Office 365. Use Accounts still on Office 365.
  • If neither works, see Email Password Reset or contact us.

Accounts moved to Infinity Internet servers

If your account has moved, set it up in your mail client as an IMAP account using the settings below. You can also read your email on the web at easywebmail.iinet.com.

Your username is your full email address (for example, yourname@easystreet.net). Your password is the same one you use to sign in at easywebmail.iinet.com. Outgoing mail (SMTP) uses the same username and password as incoming mail.

Setup guides

These step-by-step guides use the same Infinity Internet mail servers. When a guide asks for the account type, choose IMAP, then sign in with your Easystreet.net email address and password.

  • Mac Mail (macOS Monterey, V12)
  • Outlook 2016
  • Thunderbird
  • iPhone or iPad
  • Android

Once your account has moved, you no longer need the Office 365 settings or the Modern Authentication (OAuth2) guides further down this page.

Accounts still on Office 365

If your account hasn’t moved yet, it is still hosted on Microsoft Office 365. You can add it to a mail client as an Exchange or IMAP account, or read your email on the web at portal.office.com.

Outgoing mail (SMTP) uses the same sign-in as incoming mail. When you add the account, your mail client should open a Microsoft sign-in window. Sign in there with your full email address and password.

Modern Authentication (OAuth2) is required

Microsoft has turned off “Basic Authentication” for Office 365 email, so your mail client must support “Modern Authentication” (OAuth2). If your mail client is listed below, follow its guide. If you use a different mail client and are having problems, check that it supports OAuth2. If it doesn’t, you will need to switch to a mail client that does.

  • Exchange setup on Mac Mail (macOS Monterey, V12)
  • Exchange setup on Outlook 2016 and newer (Windows)
  • Changing Thunderbird to OAuth2
  • Exchange or IMAP setup on iPhone or iPad
  • Exchange setup on Android

Outlook versions: Outlook 2010 and earlier aren’t supported with Office 365. Support for Outlook 2013 ended in April 2023. If you still use Outlook 2013, please upgrade to a newer version.

Smartphones and tablets

We no longer offer direct support for smartphones and tablets. The settings on this page will work in the mail app on most phones and tablets. If your account is still on Office 365, the mail app must support Modern Authentication (OAuth2). For help setting up your device, please contact your phone provider.
