POP Setup

Configuring Entourage for POP3 service (recommended)

1. Open Entourage.
2. Click ‘Tools,’ and select ‘Account Settings…’
3. Click ‘New.’ (If you receive the ‘Account Setup Assistant,’ click ‘Configure account manually.’)
4. Select ‘POP’ next to ‘Account type:,’ and click ‘OK.’
5. Enter a name for your new account in the ‘Account Name:’ field. (For example Easystreetemail.com)
6. Enter your full name in the ‘Your Name:’ field.
7. Enter your full email address ( username@domain.com) in the ‘Email Address:’ field.
8. Enter your full email address ( username@domain.com) in the ‘Account ID’ field.
9. Enter ‘pop.easystreetemail.com‘ in the ‘Incoming Mail Server:’ field.
10. Enter your password in the ‘Your Password:’ field.
11. Enter ‘smtp.easystreetemail.com‘ in the ‘Outgoing Mail Server:’ field.
12. Click ‘Click here for advanced sending options’ in the ‘Sending mail’ section.
13. Check the box next to ‘SMTP server requires authentication,’ and click ‘OK.’
14. If you have problems sending mail, check the box next to ‘Override default SMTP port:,’ and enter ‘5125’ in the box.

Configuring Entourage w/SSL for POP3 service

1. Open Entourage.
2. Click ‘Tools,’ and select ‘Account Settings…’
3. Click ‘New.’ (If you receive the ‘Account Setup Assistant,’ click ‘Configure account manually.’)
4. Select ‘POP’ next to ‘Account type:,’ and click ‘OK.’
5. Enter a name for your new account in the ‘Account Name:’ field.
6. Enter your full name in the ‘Your Name:’ field.
7. Enter your full email address ( username@domain.com) in the ‘Email Address:’ field.
8. Enter your full email address ( username@domain.com) in the ‘Account ID’ field.
9. Enter ‘pop.bluetie.com‘ in the ‘Incoming Mail Server:’ field.
10. Click ‘Click here for advanced receiving options’ in the ‘Receiving mail’ section.
11. Check the box next to ‘This POP service requires a secure connection (SSL).’
12. Enter your password in the ‘Your Password:’ field.
13. Enter ‘smtp.bluetie.com‘ in the ‘Outgoing Mail Server:’ field.
14. Click ‘Click here for advanced sending options’ in the ‘Sending mail’ section.
15. Check the box next to ‘SMTP service requires secure connection (SSL), ‘ and click ‘OK.’
16. Check the box next to ‘SMTP server requires authentication,’ and click ‘OK.’
17. If you have problems sending mail, check the box next to ‘Override default SMTP port:,’ and enter ‘5125’ in the box.


IMAP Setup

Configuring Entourage for IMAP service

1. Open Entourage.
2. Click ‘Tools,’ and select ‘Account Settings…’
3. Click ‘New.’ (If you receive the ‘Account Setup Assistant,’ click ‘Configure account manually.’)
4. Select ‘IMAP’ next to ‘Account type:,’ and click ‘OK.’
5. Enter a name for your new account in the ‘Account Name:’ field. (For example Easystreetemail.com)
6. Enter your full name in the ‘Your Name:’ field.
7. Enter your full email address ( username@domain.com) in the ‘Email Address:’ field.
8. Enter your full email address ( username@domain.com) in the ‘Account ID’ field.
9. Enter ‘imap.easystreetemail.com’ in the ‘Incoming Mail Server:’ field.
10. Enter your password in the ‘Your Password:’ field.
11. Enter ‘smtp.easystreetemail.com’ in the ‘Outgoing Mail Server:’ field.
12. Click ‘Click here for advanced sending options’ in the ‘Sending mail’ section.
13. Check the box next to ‘SMTP server requires authentication,’ and click ‘OK.’
14. If you have problems sending mail, check the box next to ‘Override default SMTP port:,’ and enter ‘5125’ in the box.

Configuring Entourage w/SSL for IMAP service

1. Open Entourage.
2. Click ‘Tools,’ and select ‘Account Settings…’

4. Select ‘IMAP’ next to ‘Account type:,’ and click ‘OK.’
5. Enter a name for your new account in the ‘Account Name:’ field.
6. Enter your full name in the ‘Your Name:’ field.
7. Enter your full email address ( username@domain.com) in the ‘Email Address:’ field.
8. Enter your full email address ( username@domain.com) in the ‘Account ID’ field.
9. Enter ‘imap.bluetie.com’ in the ‘Incoming Mail Server:’ field.
